GENERAL CONTRACTING

From planning through occupancy, Team TMG provides turnkey construction services, including design/build, civil, structural, and general operations — on a lump-sum, unit-price, guaranteed maximum or time and material basis. Both competitive bids and negotiated proposals are prepared under the direction of an estimating manager and a senior TMG officer, based on client specifications. TMG provides an on-site superintendent to oversee day-to-day implementation of client projects, a project manager to provide daily coordination and working relationships with client staff, and a senior TMG officer to manage the entire process. From new single and multiple structure facilities, to internal equipment foundations, office renovations, clean rooms and temperature controlled environments, to confidential modifications, we have a very diverse and successful history with industrial companies throughout the country as a general contractor or construction management company. Our Federal customers in particular appreciate the fact that we value their business operation and their need to meet project completion schedules and budgets. We listen, understand and create the desired outcome. Our talented and experienced crews are equipped to handle a large percentage of our projects with in-house personnel. The specific ability to self-perform in a number of trades including Carpentry, Drywall, Flooring, Concrete Work, Demolition, Excavation and Site Work allows us to be responsive to multiple projects, plus the ability to handle certain separate standalone trade projects.
